  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: fresh herbs and sliced apples for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Sear turkey on all sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  3. Transfer turkey to a roasting pan; pour in 1 cup of apple cider to keep it moist.
  4. In a saucepan, combine remaining apple cider, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, cinnamon, and optional cloves. Simmer until thickened (10-15 minutes).
  5. Brush turkey with glaze before roasting. Baste every 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
  6. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh herbs and sliced apples.
