  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly; drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until creamy.
  5. Layer the bottom of the baking pan with meat sauce. Add half the spaghetti mixture followed by more meat sauce. Repeat with remaining spaghetti and finish with meat sauce on top. Sprinkle cheeses over everything.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
