  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  3. While the salmon is baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a bowl.
  4. Once baked, drizzle the sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
