  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree with sugars, then add eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually combine with dry ingredients without overmixing.
