  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel sauce)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (for caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the brownie layer, melt butter and mix with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  3. Pour brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
