  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay them flat on a towel.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each noodle with approximately 1/4 cup of filling; roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with additional mozzarella.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
