  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni, shells, or preferred shape)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour in chicken broth until covered.
  2. Cook on low for 4–5 hours until the chicken is fork-tender. Shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
  3. Mix in softened cream cheese and shredded Parmesan until creamy.
  4. Stir in uncooked pasta and cook on high for 30–45 minutes until al dente.
