  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • 18 slices of thin deli chicken
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by covering it with foil and spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Remove the rolls from their packaging and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared pan and layer half of the chicken, followed by Swiss cheese, then the remaining chicken, and finally cover with the top half of the rolls.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and whisk in mustard and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Pour evenly over the assembled sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
