  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Press the dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before spreading vegan marshmallows crème over the top.
  8. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil; pour over marshmallow layer and spread evenly.
  9. Allow bars to set at room temperature or chill until firm before cutting into squares.
