  • 4 ounces turkey strips (diced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Cook diced turkey strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
