  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 count)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half without fully separating them. Layer turkey on the bottom half, spread cranberry sauce, and top with cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Brush generously over the rolls.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
