  • 4 cups dried bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine dried bread cubes, cranberries, celery, and onion.
  3. In another bowl, mix ground turkey with chicken broth, melted butter, egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add the turkey mixture to the bread mixture and form into 1½-inch balls.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
