1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. Cut them into medium-sized pieces for even cooking.
