  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. Cut them into medium-sized pieces for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil until well coated. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
