  • 1 cup leeks (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
