  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
  3. Spread a layer of remaining Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
  5. Let cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving warm.
