  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 large yellow onions (thinly sliced)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, melted butter, cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced onion, minced garlic, flour, chicken broth, milk, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dried mustard. Mix until well combined.
