  • butter lettuce
  • tzatziki sauce
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • sliced onion
  • sliced tomato
  • sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Form the mixture into four large patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
