  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 of a lime, juiced
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, crumbling as you go. Add green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using) until fully cooked.
  2. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until softened and caramelized.
  3. Combine the cooked beef back into the skillet with the Brussels sprouts, adding sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
