Instructions

  2. Place a potato between two chopsticks or skewers and slice vertical slits about ⅛ inch apart without cutting all the way through. Repeat for all potatoes.
  3. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and brush half of the melted butter over each one, ensuring to get inside the slits.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Afterward, gently pull apart the layers with a knife and brush with the remaining butter.
  6. Bake for another 30-35 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender inside.
