  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in diced peaches gently.
  7. Divide batter into muffin liners, filling two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown; cool completely before frosting.
  9. For frosting: beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, add honey and vanilla, then gradually mix in powdered sugar.
