  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with milk into the wet mixture. Fold in diced peaches gently.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
