  • 36 Oreo cookies (ground)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 envelopes instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate flavor)
  • 2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix (3.8 oz each)
  • 2¾ cups milk
  • 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by grinding Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press into a casserole dish and refrigerate until firm.
  2. For the cheesecake layer, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; blend well. Whip heavy cream with hot cocoa mix until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cheesecake mixture. Spread over the crust and chill.
  3. To create the pudding layer, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Stir in mini marshmallows, then spread over the cheesecake layer.
  4. For the topping, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pudding layer and refrigerate for several hours.
  5. Before serving, top with additional mini marshmallows and drizzle with melted chocolate or Nutella.
