- 12 oz smoked sausage (chicken or beef)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 4 oz butter
- kosher salt
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and top with a sausage piece.
- Cut crescent dough triangles in half and wrap each popper.
- Brush wrapped poppers with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
