  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chopped onions, celery, and bell pepper until crisp and tender.
