  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • 1 TL Salz
  • 1 Eigelb
  • 100 ml warmes Wasser
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 100 g Crème fraîche
  • Salz (to taste)
  • Pfeffer (to taste)
  • Muskat (to taste)
  • 250 g Hokkaidokürbis
  • 1 rote Zwiebel
  • 100 g Feta
  • 10 Walnüsse
  • 1 EL Thymian

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by kneading together flour, olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and warm water. Let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  3. Mix schmand and crème fraîche in a bowl; season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Slice the pumpkin and onion, crumble feta, and chop walnuts.
  5. Roll out the dough thinly and spread the creamy mix over it. Layer with pumpkin slices, onion rings, feta, and walnuts.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
