  • 4 medium/large potatoes

  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • Half packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
  2. Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl.
  3. Air fry seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally for even cooking.
  4. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  5. Sauté the seasoned chicken in melted butter over medium-high heat until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  6. Combine cooked potatoes with sautéed chicken in the skillet.
