Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream (cold or 2 cups of cool whip & omit powdered sugar)
  • ⅔ cup powdered sugar
  • 28 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 3 T. whipping cream
  • 24 Oreos (crumbled up)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipping cream (cold or 4 cups of cool whip & omit powdered sugar)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 Oreos (broken up)
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (¾ cup milk chocolate and ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips)
  • to ½ cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream (cold or 2 cups of cool whip & omit powdered sugar)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 2 or 3 Oreo cookies (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray, or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Then add in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour your brownie mix into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow them to cool completely before layering them into your trifle dish.
  4. In another bowl, whip together cold whipping cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth before gently folding in crumbled Oreos and whipped cream mixture.
  5. Start by layering pieces of brownies at the bottom of your trifle dish. Follow this with half of your Oreo cheesecake mixture. Add more brownie pieces on top followed by whipped topping made from cold whipping cream mixed with powdered sugar.
  6. Continue layering until you run out of ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top. Top with broken Oreos and crumbled cookies. Allow your trifle to chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
