  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
