  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat until bubbling. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs. Add pecans and salt.
  4. Pour the pecan filling over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice into bars and serve chilled.
