  • 1 15oz can pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugars, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree until well blended.
