  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (blotted)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

  2. Blot the pumpkin puree to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
