Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until combined. Stir in flour until crumbly.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan for the crust.
  4. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg; spread evenly over the crust.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples and sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
