  • 10 ounces vegan marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 ounces caramels
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and vegan marshmallows until smooth; stir in vanilla.
  3. Mix melted marshmallow mixture with Rice Krispies until well coated; press into the prepared dish.
  4. In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, caramels, and butter over medium heat until melted into caramel sauce. Pour over the Rice Krispie base and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Heat heavy cream until bubbling; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth. Drizzle over cooled caramel layer.
  6. Allow to set before cutting into squares.
