  • two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (about 10 ounces)
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about one minute.
  3. Mix in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour into a pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust and add shredded coconut on top.
