  • 11 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon black vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

  • Chili crisp (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook your noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add avocado oil. Sauté diced shallots and minced garlic for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
