  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare vegetables: wash asparagus, slice red bell pepper, and rinse snap peas. Mince garlic and ginger.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and a tablespoon of water until combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add oil and swirl to coat.
