  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (non-alcoholic)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 oz biscuits (cut into quarters)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; simmer for about five minutes.
  4. Combine the meat mixture with quartered biscuits in a bowl until well mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for approximately 28-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
