  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin and press a wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake for about 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
  3. In a bowl, mix together spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
