  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over each fillet generously.
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze before returning to bake for another 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving hot.
