  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
