  • 1 3/4 cups apple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or extract)

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  2. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, spices, and salt; mix well.
  3. Blend mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or countertop blender.
  4. Return blended mixture to pot and cook uncovered over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
